Jenny – R.D.A

Jenny - R.D.A. Jenny enjoyed her early college years at the University of North Dakota searching for a career that suited her interests. She decided to pursue a career in dentistry and transferred to Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead, MN. In August 2003, she graduated with a degree in Dental Assisting, while maintaining a spot on the Dean's list throughout her education.

Jenny decided to move from her hometown of Fargo, North Dakota to the Minneapolis area to pursue a position in a fast paced, two-doctor practice in Eden Prairie. After 4 ½ years, she realized that she wanted to work in a more relaxed atmosphere where she could concentrate on individual and comprehensive care. Jenny had the opportunity to join The Gorman Center in March of 2008 as a dental assistant, and finds that she will be able to expand her knowledge in dentistry, working alongside Dr. Gorman. She admires Dr. Gorman's attention to detail and the excellence he strives for in fulfilling his clients' desire of a perfect and natural smile. Her goal as his assistant is to inform and educate her clients that function, health and aesthetics work together to maintain a healthy oral environment. One thing Jenny enjoys most about The Gorman Center is the use of the most current technology; she has always taken an interest in dentistry and is looking forward to providing her own special expertise and input.

Jenny lives in Saint Louis Park with her husband, Scott and their daughter, Sonja. When the weather allows, they enjoy the outdoors with their golden retriever, Lamar. She also spends her free time with friends and family, cooking and baking, running and rollerblading. She completed her first rollerblade ½ marathon in August 2010 and likes to participate in 5K running races. Her personal goals are to attempt a 10K and ½ marathon, and to continue participating in the rollerblade races. Traveling, attending concerts, doing jigsaw, crossword and Sudoku puzzles and spending time at the lake are some of her other interests.
