Cavity Treatment

Air Abrasion is a drill-less technology that can be used in early cavity treatment. A microscopically fine powder, carried on a stream of air, is directed at each suspect tooth to gently spray away decay. Air Abrasion offers diminished noise, no vibration, and less chair time. Usually there is no need for an anesthetic.

Air Abrasion is also used to:

• Prepare pits and grooves of teeth for optimal sealant application
• Remove decay and diseased tooth structure
