All Ceramic Crowns

Exceptional Standards
Crowns restore a tooth’s integrity and durability while maintaining a natural appearance. Dr. Gorman is the choice for crowns in the North Oaks, Minneapolis, and St. Paul areas. Why? As an AACD accredited dentist, Dr. Gorman’s standards are exceptionally high. By working exclusively with AACD accredited lab ceramist Edgar Jimenez, our clients benefit from this unique and unmatched team.
Whether you are restoring a portion of your mouth or considering full mouth rehabilitation, the collaboration between Dr. Gorman and Mr. Jimenez will ensure a successful outcome that is built on long-lasting function and natural appearance.
A Beautiful Crown In One Visit

Dr. Gorman also offers CEREC technology, allowing your crown to be designed and milled in one visit. A CEREC crown provides strength by milling the crown out of a single block of porcelain and eliminating the need to wear a temporary crown or return for a second visit. We will be happy to discuss whether CEREC crowns are for you.

"Dr. Gorman and team created a beautiful smile for me. I now take more pride in who I am and everything I do."

Do You Have Questions about Dental Crowns?

Can you make a crown for me in one visit?
(bright music)
Hi, my name is Emma Claire, and I’m here today at the Gorman Center for Fine Dentistry to offer you information regarding frequently asked questions that we get here in our office.
Today’s question is can you make a crown for me in one visit?
The answer is yes.
With the help of computer-aided technology, we can fabricate crowns and other ceramic restorations for you in just one single visit.
When your tooth is ready to go, instead of a gooey impression, we take a digital picture of the tooth to create a virtual model of it on our computer screen and then digitally design the restoration.
We then send it to our high speed robotic milling machine, and depending on its size, we are ready to try in and place in just eight to 12 minutes.
The obvious benefits are one visit and it’s finished, local anesthetic is only used once, less total time, no impression, no temporary crown for two to three weeks and immediate use.
