COVID-19 Update

All of us at The GORMAN CENTER for Fine Dentistry consider the safety and wellness of our patients and community our primary focus. The information about the outbreak of COVID-19 is evolving daily, and we want to reassure you we are monitoring the most up-to-date guidance from multiple trusted sources, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, and more. As a practice, we have always followed strict CDC and OSHA guidelines to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

Dentists all over the state continue to see emergency patients as needed, as the Governor’s mandate stated. In MN, the peacetime order is until April 13 and will then expire. However, the Governor could mandate another order and that is dependent on the behavior of the virus and reproductive rate of the virus within the state. This is a pandemic response and there is no absolute way to know when we will be allowed to reopen for complete dental care.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! We are available for all emergency/urgency needs our patients and community may have. Please call us with any questions you may have. We love to answer questions and educate our patients!

Clients currently scheduled for the week of April 13th and later in the month may receive a personal, text, email or phone call from our office requesting that we move the appointment to a later date.

A Last Word: Complete Health Dentistry encompasses everything we do. We help our patients keep a strong immune system in part by identifying and treating oral conditions that hinder overall body health. By addressing inflammatory issues such as Gingivitis and Periodontal Disease we are reducing the burden on our immune systems that are so important in fighting the acquisition of and aiding the recovery of any illness, including COVID-19.
