Pam came to The Gorman Center for Fine Dentistry because she was concerned about her crowded lower teeth, old fillings, and worn, fragile upper front teeth. Dr. Gorman carefully took all of her dental conditions into consideration and created a well-balanced βsmile makeoverβ plan.

Olga sought out The Gorman Center for Fine Dentistry and Dr. Gormanβs care because she was self-conscious about the brown stains on most of her teeth. She grew up in an area in Mexico where the fluoride in the drinking water was too concentrated, causing her tooth enamel to look brown and spotty. Also, her top front teeth had worn down and appeared flat across, robbing her of a youthful look. She asked Dr. Gorman to widen her smile and wanted a bright, but natural look.
Dr. Gorman carefully planned to enhance Olgaβs bite and create a strong and long-lasting result. Her new smile is more feminine, happier, and follows her lip-line as she smiles, filling in the side spaces nicely. The color is vibrant but very natural in hue and value.

Heidi had a history of having a near full mouth rehabilitation from 20+ years ago. They were of the porcelain to metal variety and were starting to break down. The unrestored lower front teeth were severely worn, and there was gum recession to the point that many of the metal understructures were starting to show at the gumlines. The gum recession also was uneven and aesthetically displeasing.
Heidi knew there was something new we could do, and we were able to restore her full mouth with porcelain-only restorations after doing some minor laser therapy to even up the gums and create natural-looking gum/tooth interfaces. Karla was congenitally missing her lateral incisor teeth on either side of her two front teeth. Over the years, her teeth shifted as a result of these missing teeth, creating an unbalanced bite; left untreated this could lead to further wear and breakdown of the teeth and jaw joint.

Itβs always gratifying to see what full mouth dentistry does for our St. Paul patients. Ed was concerned because he seemed to always have a dental problem. One thing got fixed and something else would pop up.
